• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

• Colors may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor settings. This is particularly true for our knit and handcrafted pieces, where natural fabric variations may occur.

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout, powered by Shopify Payments.

• You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide. 

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia, with further destinations to be added over time.

• Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Gamgrace is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. 

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to the Gamgrace name, logo, brand imagery, product photography, copy, and designs — is the exclusive property of Gamgrace and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gamgrace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products
