- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- Requests submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Prior authorization required before sending items back
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping, handling, and insurance charges are excluded from refunds.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Additional bank processing time may apply.
We accept exchanges for incorrect, damaged, or defective items, and size-related requests subject to availability. Please contact us before returning any item for exchange.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, incorrect, or arrived damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service — Gamgrace is not responsible for lost return packages.
